Rockin Robyn Rolls

1/8 cup yeast
3/4 cups sugar
2 cups warm water

Mix into mixer bowl and let set until bubbles form.  About 3-5 mins.

1/2 cup melted butter ( 1 cube)
2 cups milk
3 eggs

Add above ingredients into yeast mixture one by one starting with butter and mix well.

Add 8-10 cups of bread flour.  Can do half wheat and half white if desired.

Mix for about a minute then let rest for 5 min.  Continue to knead about 6 mins until you pass the window pane test.  (This is where you take a piece of dough in your hand, pull it in a thin piece until you can see through it without tearing.)

Place in a grease bowl sprayed with pam. Cover loosely and let rise until double.  Push and fold down and then let rise again for 40 mins.  Make rolls and let rise in pan about 40 mins.

Cook 22 min  at 350.  Brush with melted butter.
